Carthage Advisors has joint-ventured with a local church to create a 100% low-income affordable housing development in the Washington Heights area. This proposed 75-unit building will be the first new affordable housing development in Washington Heights in over a decade. Units will be reserved for families with a history of homelessness or at risk of homelessness, seniors, and people with disability.
