Carthage Advisors worked with the owners of a vacant lot in the Bronx and several other partners to develop 2065 Morris Avenue. 2065 Morris Avenue is an 11-story building with 63 apartments. The entire building is affordable to low-income families and also includes a small daycare center. Despite numerous geotechnical issues, the building was completed on time and within budget.
