212 West 124th Street will be two 18 story rental buildings totaling 330 apartments. The Project is situated in the heart of Harlem which is undergoing significant redevelopment and overhaul. The Project will include a rooftop cultural center, will be home to the LGBTQ Center of Harlem, and will have more than 200 apartments devoted to low income families.
