Baptist Temple will be a conversion from a local church to 40 units of short term residential apartments. Carthage will also provide the church with a new church structure. The demand for short term rental has surged in Northern Manhattan due to the growth of Columbia University and tourism. Baptist Temple will take advantage of this demand.
